321 – Fully Automatic Case Packer
The Endoline 321 Fully Automatic Case Packer is an all in one frame system that combines case erecting, packing and sealing technology. Offering a compact and versatile solution alternative to installing a trio of individual machines. The type 321 has been engineered in response to rising demand from UK manufacturers who are increasingly looking to automate their food packing lines, to reduce footprint, and to move away from manual labour.
This system incorporates a Fully Automatic Case Erector, which erects and bottom seals the cases with self-adhesive tape. A bespoke gripper head is designed to suit the type of product and formation that needs to be packed and this will automatically picks and places the products. The last operation is a Fully Automatic Case Sealer, to close the top case flaps and seal on the top with self-adhesive tape.
The type 321 can handle products such as bottles, cans, aerosols, cartons, pillow bags and more in a variety of different product formations, being packed into a range of different case sizes and designs. Fully configurable with its state-of-the-art HMI control panel, the tape units are instantly removable and interchangeable, and the low level hopper allows for the ergonomic loading of heavy case blanks. Its robust chassis enables the machine to run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with minimal down time.

50mm and 75mm wide tape systems available.
Mild steel, powder coated white (RAL9010) or stainless steel.
The type 321 can handle products such as PET bottles, shampoo bottles, aerosols, cans, flat bottom bags, pillow bags, detergent bottles, glass bottles and cartons.
