Endoline’s range of 100 Series case erectors offers an ideal semi-automatic first step for businesses looking to adopt packaging automation. Designed specifically for low-to-medium volume production lines, these semi-automatic case erectors significantly reduce the manual labour required to erect cardboard cases, providing a substantial boost in efficiency at a competitive capital cost.
Unlike fully manual processes, an Endoline 100 Series case erector automatically folds the lower flaps and securely holds the open case in place. This “hands-free” stability allows your operators to focus entirely on packing with both hands, resulting in increased throughput and a marked reduction in cycle times. Whether utilised as a standalone unit or close-coupled to a case sealer, these semi-automatic 100 Series case erectors bridge the gap between manual labour and full-scale automation.
The semi-automatic range of machines can also be set to an angled position which is ideal for products that are unstable such as bags or bottles. This allows for ergonomic packing of these product types and the machine incorporates a section of horizontal belt drive so the case is easy to feed into the case sealer.
No set up or changeover is required on the case former offering complete flexibility. The former can be close coupled to a case sealer offering a semi-automatic case erecting and sealing solution.
Case Dimensions
The semi automatic case sealer range can handle cases between 200-600mm length and 120-500mm width.
Machine Finish
Mild steel with white powder-coated finish (RAL9010) or stainless steel as standard. Bespoke colour options available.
