To ensure every tray is structurally sound, the 500 Series – Fully Automatic Hot Melt Glue Tray Erector utilises the industry-standard Nordson Pro-Blue glue system. This system is chosen for its efficiency and precise application of hot melt glue, ensuring a secure bond even at high velocities. While Nordson is provided as standard, the 500 Series – Fully Automatic Hot Melt Glue Tray Erector can be configured with alternative glue systems upon request to suit specific facility standards.

The 500 series uses glue systems to seal the trays using hot melt glue. Endoline use Nordson Pro-Blue glue systems as standard, offering high quality and efficiency. Other glue systems are available on request.
Mild steel with white powder-coated finish (RAL 9010) or stainless steel as standard. Bespoke colour options available.
The 500 series can operate on a wide range of tray styles and can handle trays between 200-800mm length, 200-920mm width and 40-150mm height (open).
