Endoline offer the opportunity to purchase used, ex demonstration and refurbished machines, to help support customers that may have budget constraints. All machines are in very good condition and will be fully reconditioned and tested before dispatched. Warranty
Every machine is tested and inspected before delivery to ensure it performs to the high standards recognised with Endoline equipment. For all reconditioned machines a full 12 month warranty if offered, including parts and labour, to give customers peace of mind of the quality and performance of any reconditioned machine. All machines are available for demonstration before purchase should this be required.
714 Semi Automatic Random Case Sealer
The 714 machine is a semi automatic random case taper that is capable of sealing random cases down to a height of just 110mm. This case sealer enables the operator to seal cases of different dimensions in any order with no manual adjustment. The machine can be used with a semi automatic case erector to offer a solution to erect, load and seal cases of random sizes.
122 Semi Automatic Case Erector
Endoline’s range of semi-automatic case erectors offer an ideal first step to packaging automation. They are designed to reduce the time and effort taken to manually erect a case, at a low capital cost. Each semi-automatic case erector can be used either on its own or close coupled to a case sealer. No set up or changeover is required on the case former offering complete flexibility. The former can be close coupled to a random case sealer offering a semi-automatic random case erecting and sealing solution.
702 Fully Automatic Pre-set Case Taper
The Endoline 702 machine is a fully automatic pre-set case sealer that seals cases with self-adhesive tape and does not require an operator. It is well-suited to long runs of the same case size and particularly for heavy cases such as those typically used in the produce industry. Endoline’s unique four column construction provides added stability and its robust chassis enables the machine to run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with minimal down time. The tape units are instantly removable and interchangeable.
247 Fully automatic High Speed Case Erector
The 247 case erector is designed to handle smaller cases at a high speed using servo drives. The machine uses its unique dual opposing vacuum feature to erect the cases and seal on the base with self-adhesive tape. The machine is designed with high quality in mind and is extremely simple to operate and maintain to offer an excellent return on investment and low cost of ownership.
221 Fully Automatic Case Erector
The 221 machine is a fully automatic case erecting machine designed to handle average sized cases in a wide variety of styles. The machine seals with self-adhesive tape and is extremely simple to use. The 221 is versatile, reliable and efficient. It also has a small footprint and offers great value for money.
251 Fully Automatic Case Erector
The 251 case erector has been designed to suit a wide variety of case sizes, styles and quality. The unique dual opposing vacuum case opening mechanism ensures that each case is positively opened from both sides. The 251 case erector erects up to 10 cases per minute then seals the base with self-adhesive tape for feeding into a case packer or a hand packing station. This case erector offers customers a small footprint machine with the ability to integrate into a full packing system.
