The Endoline 242/244 Fully Automatic High Speed Case Erectors are advanced fully automatic case erecting machines engineered for high-velocity production environments handling 0200 and 0201 case styles. By integrating precision servo drive technology, these machines provide a fast, reliable, and highly consistent solution for businesses requiring automated case forming for a broad range of case sizes.
A key feature of the 242/244 Fully Automatic High Speed Case Erectors is the use of servo drives to control the machine’s mechanical movements. Unlike traditional pneumatic systems, servo technology allows for precise acceleration and deceleration, resulting in a smooth and controlled throughput of up to 18 cases per minute.
This advanced drive system not only enhances the speed of the line but also reduces mechanical stress on the machine components. This ensures a low cost of ownership and an excellent return on investment by extending the machine’s service life and maintaining high levels of operational efficiency.
To ensure consistent performance at high speeds, the Type 242 and Type 244 fully automatic case erecting machines utilise Endoline’s unique dual opposing vacuum feature. This system grips the case blank from both sides simultaneously, ensuring a positive and perfectly square opening for every cycle.
The standard type 242 and type 244 case erecting machines can handle cases between 200-600mm length, 200-500mm width and 175-600mm height.
Up to 18 cases per minute.
Up to 50mm wide as standard.
Mild steel with white powder-coated finish (RAL9010) or stainless steel as standard. Bespoke colour options available.
High quality components housed in a robust chassis ensure minimal servicing and enable 24 hour operation. These systems are designed for the rigours of typical end-of-line packaging environments.
While allowing the machine to reach higher speeds – up to 18 cases per minute – the servo drive system permits greater flexibility and control by allowing almost instant acceleration and deceleration of cases through the erecting process. In turn this system can save energy because the servo drives only use power when needed.
Key Points
This unique design feature ensures that each case is opened positively from both sides. It ensures the efficient and reliable opening of cases, and overcomes problems that can be associated with stiff board and glue migration from the manufacturer’s joint.
The 242/244 range is fitted with servo drives to further increase the number of cases sealed per minute up to 18 cases per minute.
