The Endoline 902 Semi-Automatic Random Case Sealer has been designed to seal cases on the top and bottom with tape, using a water based activation system. This model of machine will automatically adjust its settings to cope with random size cases, in any sequence, and can seal at speeds of up to 12-14 cases per minute in single format and 7-8 cases per minute in random format.

The water activation system holds a 5 litre tank to store the water, including a sensor with a safety system, managed by a flow meter, to notify the operator when water levels are low so it can be refilled. Once the case is moved into the taping area the 3-channel water system will then apply water to the tape in the top and bottom taping heads.  The taping heads will then apply the tape to the case using special output brushes for a good adhesion of the tape.
