Service Agreements
In order to ensure that your equipment works efficiently and effectively, the ‘Endoline Service Agreement’ schedules services at regular intervals at a fixed labour price and a substantial discount on spares throughout the duration of your agreement.

Regular Services
Just like all quality equipment, regular servicing will help your equipment run at its optimum level for many years to come. These services can be arranged periodically at a time convenient to you.

Equipment Health Check
Endoline machines have a very long life expectancy due to the high quality construction, and to keep older machines in an efficient reliable running condition, Endoline provide an equipment ‘Health Check’ where engineers will review your equipment and make suggestions on how to continue or improve performance.

Training
Endoline provide operator and maintenance training packages, which are run by highly qualified and experienced engineer often at the time of installation. The courses can be tailored to suit personnel ability and the number of staff.
Endoline Gold
Endoline gold service plan provides the ultimate protection to ensuring equipment is available when you need it most.
Endoline skilled field technicians with mechanical, electrical and controls expertise are available to support your maintenance activities throughout your gold service plan.
No up front initial fees, only pay after each service.
10% Discount on all genuine Endoline spare parts ordered throughout the duration of the agreement.
Priority breakdown callout for all gold service plan subscribers.
10% Discount on all labour charges.
The Service includes the changing of all standard Endoline service parts along with lubrication of the machine every six months.
Endoline Silver
Endoline silver service plan is custom-made to support your specific equipment requirements and it is flexible enough to fit with your operational demands.
No up front initial fees, only pay after each service.
5% Discount on all genuine Endoline spare parts ordered throughout the duration of the agreement.
Priority breakdown callout for all silver service plan subscribers.
5% Discount on all labour charges.
The Service includes the changing of all standard Endoline service parts along with lubrication of the machine annually.
Endoline Bespoke
If either the gold or the silver service plans do not fit in with your specific requirements, Endoline can customise any package to support your individual equipment and operational needs. Please contact Endoline to discuss your requirements.
