Case Building Machines

Quality, Performance & Reliability

Endoline’s extensive range of case erecting machinery is unrivalled in terms of quality, performance, reliability and usability. From entry level, semi-automatic machines, to high speed, fully-automatic systems, there is a suitable machine for any throughput or budget.

The semi-automatic case erector range offers an ideal first step into automation. These machines are designed to reduce the time and effort taken to manually erect a case at a low capital cost. The Semi-Automatic range is suitable for a large range of case sizes and can be used either on its own or close coupled to a case sealer. With no set up required these machines improve throughput and offer a very quick return on investment.

Endoline’s Fully-Automatic range of case erectors seal with either hot melt glue or tape and can run up to speeds of 30 cases per minute. The range includes systems built to a compact footprint for tight production halls, low level hoppers for the ergonomic loading of heavy case blanks and servo drives for greater speed and flexibility.

Endoline’s tray erectors have a number of unique features that combine to make it extremely efficient, reliable and versatile while handling a wide variety of tray sizes and styles. The tray erector seals with hot melt glue and can run up to speeds of 30 trays per minute. The machines can hold approximately 200 ‘B’ flute blanks which can be replenished during operation, therefore keeping the machine running smoothly.

Any of Endoline’s case erectors can be modified to suit a specific application, from cases outside the standard size range to specific requested components. Endoline’s engineering expertise can look at any request for an application to help meet your requirement.

Robust Construction

High quality components housed in a robust chassis ensure minimal servicing and enable 24 hour operation. These systems are designed for the rigours of typical end-of-line packaging environments.

The Endoline case erector machine range is designed to give you the best possible value for your investment through maximum productivity with minimal stoppage time. All Endoline’s machines are built for 24/7 operation and require little maintenance offering a long life expectancy resulting in a low cost of ownership.

Key Points

Benefits Of An Endoline Case Erector

Dual Opposing Vacuum Opening

This unique design feature ensures that each case is opened positively from both sides. It ensures the efficient and reliable opening of cases, and overcomes problems that can be associated with stiff board and glue migration from the manufacturer’s joint.

High Speed

Endoline’s case erectors can be fitted with a high speed kit to further increase the number of cases erected per minute. If this standard option still cannot meet the required speeds then any of Endoline’s case erectors can be fitted with servo drives to further increase the throughput.
