The Endoline 241/243 Fully Automatic Case Erectors are advanced fully automatic case erecting machines engineered for high-velocity production environments. Specifically designed to run 0201 and 0200 case styles at elevated speeds, these machines utilise precision servo technology to provide a fast, reliable, and consistent start to the packaging process.
The standout feature of the 241/243 Fully Automatic High Speed Case Erector is the integration of servo drives. By using servo-driven movements rather than traditional pneumatic or mechanical strokes, these machines achieve a level of timing and precision that allows for a smooth throughput of up to 22 cases per minute.
This technology not only increases the speed of the line but also reduces mechanical wear and tear, contributing to an excellent return on investment and a low cost of ownership.
To ensure high-speed reliability, the Type 241 and Type 243 fully automatic case erecting machines utilise Endoline’s unique dual opposing vacuum feature. This system grips the case blank from both sides simultaneously, ensuring a positive and square opening every time.
This dual-action vacuum is essential when running at high speeds, as it provides total control over the case during the transition from the magazine to the sealing section, preventing the jams often associated with high-velocity case forming.
The standard 241/243 Fully Automatic High Speed Case Erectors can handle cases between 200-500mm length, 150-400mm width and 175-600mm height.
Up to 22 cases per minute.
Up to 50mm wide as standard.
Mild steel with white powder-coated finish (RAL9010) or stainless steel as standard. Bespoke colour options available.
High quality components housed in a robust chassis ensure minimal servicing and enable 24 hour operation. These systems are designed for the rigours of typical end-of-line packaging environments.
While allowing the machine to reach higher speeds – up to 22 cases per minute – the servo drive system permits greater flexibility and control by allowing almost instant acceleration and deceleration of cases through the erecting process. In turn this system can save energy because the servo drives only use power when needed.
Key Points
This unique design feature ensures that each case is opened positively from both sides. It ensures the efficient and reliable opening of cases, and overcomes problems that can be associated with stiff board and glue migration from the manufacturer’s joint.
The 241/243 range is fitted with servo drives to further increase the number of cases sealed per minute up to 22 cases per minute.
