Many customers require a non-standard machine to help them meet their specific requirements. Endoline has a dedicated design team with over 30 years’ experience of case erectors and sealers who are able to look at modifying any of the machine range, or design a special system, to meet a customer’s specific demands. Any of Endoline’s machines can be modified to suit a specific application, from cases outside the standard size range to specific requested components.

Endoline engineers will work with the customer to discuss the application and offer advice on what is and isn’t possible. Endoline have supplied a large number of special machines to customers that have not been able to find what they need and can offer advice on any case erecting or sealing application.

EXPERIENCE

Some of the special systems supplied have been case erectors to erect and seal non-standard FEFCO 0201 cases, to customer specific case sealers to dual seal the case with tape and glue. Endoline can offer case studies and reference sites for past special machinery and many of these systems have been supplied to large multinational blue chip companies. Over half of all machinery supplied by Endoline has been modified or customised in some way to meet a customer’s requirement. Design

Endoline offer customers a complete end of line packaging machinery service for the design and build of bespoke systems. When designing a bespoke system, it is essential to understand the customers ideas, challenges, requirements and budget. Therefore from the initial enquiry through to installation, Endoline’s team of specialists will work closely with customers through the entire process to ensure the right system is supplied to the right specification.
Manufacture

During the build process Endoline’s dedicated projects division will ensure that customers are kept updated with the progress of their system. Endoline also have a quality and test department to ensure the machine is to the highest quality and it meets the agreed specification. Endoline will invite customers to carry out a full Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of their machinery to approve before installation. Engineers will also work with board suppliers to ensure that the cases are to the right specification for consistent reliable operation 24/7.
Install

Endoline have a dedicated team of service and installation engineers who are expertly trained on every system supplied. The engineers will provide full installation, training and offer any ongoing support. Endoline also has a professional after sales team who can support customers for any technical issues and spare part requirements. Service agreements are also available to ensure on going high performance and reliability.
