Endoline Automation will debut a new partnership with US packaging specialist Hamrick Packaging Systems at PACK EXPO, combining Endoline’s end-of-line automation technology with Hamrick’s established integration, installation and technical support network to better serve manufacturers across North America.
The collaboration is set to give manufacturers easier access to Endoline’s case erecting and case sealing technology, supported by local engineering expertise and aftersales service.
Endoline’s systems will be showcased on the Hamrick stand (Booth N-5510) under the branding “Powered by Endoline Automation,” reflecting the companies’ shared approach to delivering flexible, integrated end-of-line automation solutions.
The partnership was established in response to increasing customer demand for reliable case erecting solutions capable of handling smaller and undersized box formats. Endoline’s ability to consistently process case widths down to 80mm, together with its compact machine footprint, addresses a growing requirement as manufacturers look to maximise production within existing factory footprints.
“We’re seeing more customer projects involving smaller case formats, and there are very few proven solutions available in the US market,” comments Jordan Hamrick, President & CEO of Hamrick Packaging Systems. “What impressed us was not only Endoline’s ability to handle these formats reliably, but the engineering behind the equipment. The compact footprint, flexibility and customer-first approach closely aligned with our own values, and we felt Endoline would be an excellent fit for both our business and our customers.”
The agreement also reflects the similarities between the two companies. Both are third-generation family-owned businesses with decades of experience designing packaging machinery and a shared commitment to engineering quality, technical support and long-term customer relationships.
James Ramsey, Export Sales Manager at Endoline Automation, comments: “We’ve been supplying end-of-line automation to North American manufacturers for many years, and partnering with Hamrick enables us to strengthen the support available to both existing and future customers.
By combining our engineering expertise with Hamrick’s integration capabilities and local service network, we’re making it easier for manufacturers to implement reliable, flexible end-of-line automation that meets the changing demands of modern production.“
Exports now account for around 60% of Endoline’s business, with its end-of-line automation systems installed in more than 30 countries worldwide. The partnership with Hamrick marks the next stage in strengthening Endoline’s presence in North America and will initially focus on manufacturers across the food and beverage, dairy, personal care, household products, chemicals and nutraceutical sectors.
Visitors to PACK EXPO will have the opportunity to meet both teams in the Hamrick booth and see the Endoline 227 Case Erector integrated with the Hamrick CP10D-R Compact Robotic Case Packer, demonstrating a compact end-of-line solution for medium-speed applications. The teams will also be available to discuss how Endoline’s case erecting and case sealing technology can be integrated into both new and existing packaging lines to improve flexibility, optimise production space and support future growth.
